摘要
继承回复请求权是继承法的一项重要制度,是区别于物权的请求权的一种独立权利,其性质包括请求确认继承资格和请求遗产回复两方面。尽快确立、完善继承回复请求权制度对更好保护继承人权益,健全继承法律制度具有十分重要的意义。
Afier beginning inheritance, due to all sorts of reasons, inheritor's right of inheritance may be violated illegally. In order to pro-tect their right, punish the violators and protect normai social onder and civil legal right, all nau'ons' law gives inheritors the requesting right of recovering inheritance.
