民事诉讼法基本原则是民事诉讼法的骨架和支撑,鉴于我国现行民事诉讼法基本原则的诸多缺陷,学术界对此进行了大量有益的研究并取得了斐然的成果,但在探究了民事诉讼的真谛后顿感其不乏偏颇,因民事诉讼是法官与当事人互动的结果,单纯强调任何一方面而忽视另一方面都不能达到所期望的结果。

The principle of civil litigation is its framework. Seeing that a great deal of defects of the current civil litigation, researches have done a lot of work and have made the marked achievements. But after exploring the truth of civil litigation, they found that there existed some bi-ases. Because the civil litigation is the interaction results of judge and litigant, emphasizing or ignoring any respect can' t reach the expected re-sult.
