To quicken the logistics development in the western area, we must deepen the logistics system reform further, pay attention from system to applying and researching policies and measures, encourage non-public economic subject to participate in the development of logistics, have a big breakthrough on the logistics reform, increase complementing the promotion of the concrete measure, advance the modernization of logistics industry actively and reliably, apply information technologies to drive the development of logistics industry, pay attention to building high quality team of logistics talent, drive logistics enterprise to improve and equip competence constantly, advance logistics enterprise to accel-erate setting up credit system, develop honest credit service of commerce, give full play to the function of employer' s organization of logistics, perfect the market system and regulation construction of logistics industry further.
