This article first investigates the refortn of state-owned real estate enterprises in Chongqing and finds out the existed problems in the reform, then introduces the reform experiences of state-owned real estate enterprises of other places, and finally it analyzes the trends of reform and development of real estate enterprises in new time, puts forward the train of thought and countermeasures of reform and development of state-owned real estate enterprises of Chongqing in tlie future.
