摘要
通过对西方自然法思维特质的论述以及中国古代儒道法律思想与西方自然法思想的比较分析,说明中国古代儒道法律思想并不具备西方自然法思想的特质,二者分属于不同性质的法律思想体系。
In the light of analyzing the characteristics of westem natural legal thoughts and comparing it with Chinese ancient RuDao legal thoughts, this paper demonstrates that Chinese ancient RuDao legal thoughts have not the characteristics of western natural legal thoughts and they belong to the different system of legal thoughts.
