摘要
我国数字图书馆建设始于 1 997年 ,至今已取得了很大的进展。本文通过对我国数字图书馆建设现状的调查与分析 ,论述了我国数字图书馆建设中在宏观调控、技术、标准化建设、版权保护和竞争机制等方面存在的问题 ,并提出若干对策。
The Chinese digital library construction have developed greatly since it was carried out in 1997. Through the investigation and analysis of the digital library construction in China, this paper surveys the problems in the process of construction of digital library in China, and provides the advantageous solutions to the macro-control, technology,standardization construction, copyright protection,competition mechanism and so on.
