摘要
教育经费关系到我国教育的发展 ,它能否合理使用达到优化的目的具有重要的现实意义 ,系统理论视角下的教育经费管理应依据整体优化、结构合理、动态平衡。
Educational finances which play an important role if they can be use fully are related to educational finances are managed on systematic view,which should tade account into four rules including integration,structure,balance and feedback.
