摘要
本文通过分析安徽省 1990一 2 0 0 1年经济增长与工业环境污染指标之间的关系 ,对环境库兹涅茨曲线 (EKC)假说进行了检验。结果表明 :安徽省人均GDP与各项工业污染指标之间没有明显的EKC关系。除工业SO2 排放量外 ,其他各项工业环境污染指标与人均GDP均呈线性关系。通过与国内类似研究成果比较 ,本文还分析了安徽省环境政策的实施绩效 ,认为 :该省的工业废水污染控制政策取得成功 ,但工业废气和工业固废控制政策尚须加强。
The paper examines the environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) hypothesis through analyzing the relationship between economic growth and industrial pollution from 1990 to 2001 in Anhui Province. No signififcant environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) relationship between industrial pollution indicators and GDP per capita is found. The relations between GDP per capita and each of industrial pollution indicators except industrial SO 2 discharge amount are linearly correlated. In comparison with similar research results in China, the paper also analyzes the performance of industrial pollution control policies of the province and concludes that the control of industrial waste water is successful, but the environmental polices for controlling industrial waste gas and solid waste should be further enforced.
