档案鉴定工作是档案工作中比较薄弱的环节。由于多因素的影响,档案鉴定工作总是滞后于档案工作的其它环节。本文就档案鉴定工作滞后的危害性、产生的原因以及相应对策进行探讨。

The work of archive appraisement is a comparatively weak link in the archive work. Due to a number of reasons, the archive appraisement always lags behind other links of archive work. The harms of delay in the work of archive appraisement are discussed in this paper, together with the reasons behind and countermeasures.
