摘要
本文分析了我国所实施的"政府主导型旅游开发战略"的具体涵义和实质,指出了由于错误理解此开发战略而造成的地方旅游开发中的种种问题。论证了当前我国建立旅游房地产市场的重要意义和必要性,充分论述了我国旅游房地产市场尤其是旅游地地产市场的组成、架构及其策略措施,指出了我国旅游房地产市场的三个层面和三级市场体系。
This paper analyzes the connotations and nature of the 'government led tourist development strategy' adopted in China. It points out that the misunderstanding of this strategy has resulted in a number of problems with the tourist development in many a region. It has proved that it's both significant and necessary to establish the tourist real estate market with the constitution, framework and related measures of the market, especially that in the tourist areas, expounded. With these, it points to the three sides and tri-level market system in the Chinese tourist real estate market.
