摘要
从人力资源的开发、利用与管理三个方面分析了电信运营企业的人力资源管理方略,提出了以下观点:通过制定实施系统的员工培训计划以实现人力资本保值增值;通过建立动态劳动力管理模式和调整劳动组织结构以优化人力资源配置;通过建立完善的激励机制以实现企业目标与个人目标的协调一致。
From the angle of development,application and management of human resources,this paper puts forward several suggestions about the human resources management strategy of telecommunication enterprises as the following:to remain and increase the values of human resources,the systematic employee training plan should be made;to optimize the distribution of human resources,the dynamic labor force management mode should be established and the structure of labor organization should be adjusted;to coordinate the enterprise′s goal and that of the employees,the perfect encouragement mechanism should be set up.
