辽东楤木芽中的两个新三萜皂苷

Two new saponins from Aralia elata (Miq.)Seem

通过硅胶柱色谱和制备HPLC等方法从辽东木的芽中分离得到 2个化合物 ,利用理化性质和光谱方法分别鉴定为 3 O [β D glucopyranosyl (1→ 3 ) α L arabinopyranosyl]caulophyllogenin(1 )和3 O [β D glucopyranosyl (1→ 2 ) ] [β D glucopyranosyl (1→ 3 ) ] β D glucopyranosylechinocysticacid(2 )。2个化合物均为未见文献报道的新化合物 ,分别命名为congmuyanosideA和congmuyanosideB。

Two new saponins,named congmuyanoside A and congmuyanoside B,were isolated from the buds of Aralia elata (Miq.)Seem by column chromatography on silica gel and preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated as 3- O -[ β - D -glucopyranosyl(1→3)- α - L -arabinopyranosyl]caulophyllogenin( 1 )and 3- O -[ β - D -glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-[ β - D -glucopyranosyl(1→3)]- β - D -glucopyranosyl echinocystic acid( 2 )respectively on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence.
