摘要
在电力市场中 ,占发电份额较大的发电公司可以通过减少发电量 ,致使电价上升 ,从而获得比多发电情况下更多的利润。但发电总量减少 ,社会需求得不到满足 ,并可能造成整个电力系统的不稳定 ,因此 ,采取相应对策 ,限制发电公司市场力的发挥 ,有着重大的意义。其中差价和约就是很好的措施之一。文中 ,首先建立了电力差价和约市场的模型 ,并分析了发电、购电公司的策略行为 ,在此模型的基础上分析了在不同发电成本函数情况下 ,差价和约对电量的影响 ,最后结合算例 。
In a competitive electricity market,some large generation companies can gain more profits according to the strategy of restricting output and forcing up price.But as the total power output reduced,the social demands will not be satisfied,and this case may result in the instability of power systems.So it is very necessary to adopt relevant measures to limit the market power of the generation companies.The contracts for differences have been extensively studied in early works.This paper presents a market model of contracts for differences,and analyzes the strategy of generating and purchasing power behaviors firstly.Then how the contracts for differences will affect the power production under different cost functions is also be analyzed.At last the numerical results show the reasonability of the above analysis.
