摘要
本文在相间功率控制器 IPC的‘控方主导’特性及其成立条件的基础上 ,假设东北、华北电网绥中 -姜家营 5 0 0 k V联络线降压接入 IPC运行 ,分别模拟华北电网低电压等级节点发生短路故障 ,部分发电机组退出运行 ,支路发生断线故障以及东北、华北电网负荷总体变化等情况 ,对联络线潮流变化进行了计算分析。仿真计算表明 ,IPC的控方主导特性可以有效控制联络线潮流变化 。
Based on the character and founded condition of the IPC dominator leading(control side leading)property,this paper assumed that the 500 kV tie line of Suizhong Jiangjiayan which connects North east and Nothchina electric network operated with IPC.And some faults were simulated on computer, such as short circuit of low level voltage node in Northchina network,some units out of operation,branch line breaks and wholly load change of Northeast and Northchina network.Then the fluctuation of tie line power flow was calculated and analyzed.The simulation result demonstrated that the dominator leading property of IPC can effetely control the tie line power flow and controlled side has little affection on controlling network when in fault.
