摘要
现代社会的快速发展 ,使越来越多的低压用户开始关注电能质量问题。而到目前为止 ,实际应用中的电能质量监测主要是基于系统侧来考虑的 ,监测节点主要选在变电站以及关键用户接入点处。本文分析了与低压用户密切相关的各项电能质量指标 ,指出从墙上电源插座采集电压信号 ,对低压用户而言 ,就可以完全掌握其电能质量状况 ,在此基础上提出了基于低压用户侧的电能质量监测的思路 。
With the rapid development of modern society,more and more low voltage customers pay attention to power quality(PQ)issues.But up to now,practical PQ monitorings are implemented from power system side mostly and the monitoring points are located on substations and PCC(points of low voltage coupling).After discussions of correlative PQ indices to low voltage customers,the auther pointed out that the whole PQ level could be achieved through the collection and analysis of voltage signal in electrical outlet for low voltage customers.Then the auther proposed the idea of PQ monitoring based on low voltage customer and discussed the network configuration and key technologies.
