BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO CONFIGURATION OF No.3 CONTINUOUS HOT ROLLING MILL AT CHIBA PLANT, KAWASAKI STEEL COMPANY

千叶钢铁厂 3号热连轧机生产工艺灵活 ,可以生产包括不锈钢在内的不同钢种带钢。 3号热连轧机采用紧凑式布局 ,主轧线R2～R3、R3～精轧机组可实现连轧。通过无头轧制、自由轧制等技术生产带钢 ,满足市场需求 ,按照用户要求在较短的时间内 ,提供不同钢种的成品带钢。

The production is flexible in No.3 continuous hot rolling mill at Chiba plant. The strips of different steel grades, including stainless steel, can be produced. The arrangement of No.3 mill is compact and the continuous rolling is realized on R2～R3,R3～finishing train. The strips produced by endless rolling or schedule-free rolling satisfy the market demand and the strips of various steel grades can be delivered to the customers in shorter time as required.
