摘要
炉外处理技术是铁水预处理和钢水精炼技术的总称。几十年来铁水预处理和钢水精炼技术走过了研究开发、产业化和发展完善的道路 ,最终确立了自己在钢铁生产流程优化和产品结构优化中独特的、不可代替的地位和作用。我国炉外处理技术在 90年代以来加快了发展步伐 ,并在技术上跟紧了世界发展的步伐 ,但还需要加快优化。今后 10年中 ,炉外处理仍将朝着高效、优质、低耗、灵活和新型的方向发展。
The technology of out-of-furnace treatment is referred to pretreatment of hot metal and refining of molten steel.In last decades the hot metal pretreatment and steel refining technology have passed the steps of R&D,industrialization and consummation,and became the particular,non-substitutable process for optimized iron and steel process and product structure.Since 1990s the development of technology of out-of-furnace treatment has been accelerated in China,and matched with the world pace.But further optimization is still needed.In the next 10 years the out-of-furnace treatment will develop along the direction of high-efficiency,high-quality,low-consumption,high flexibility and creativity.
