摘要 目的 总结射频治疗肝癌中CT技术的应用要点。方法  6 9例肝癌病人在CT引导下行射频治疗。根据病变大小、部位的不同 ,选择恰当的扫描方法如口服造影剂、增强扫描、选择 5mm层厚等。结果 CT能引导穿刺针准确地插入肿瘤内部 ,并可观察到整个治疗过程 ,对出现的并发症可及时发现。本组未出现 1例因定位不准而造成周围组织损伤的情况。结论 采用恰当的扫描方法 ,使癌肿与周围结构之间的关系得以清晰显示 ,对治疗有较大的帮助。 Objective:To evaluate the application of CT technique in treating liver cancer with radioferency Ablation (RFA).Methods:69 patients with liver cancer were performed with RFA under the guidance of CT. Appropriate methods such as oral contrast-agent or enhanced CT scanning were adopted according to the site and size of lesions.Results: The needle was correctly punctuated into the tumor. The whole treatment course was observed. And the complication could be observed instantly. There was no accident of surrounding tissue injury because of inaccurate orientation.Conclusions:The application of CT technique can differentiate the structure of lesions and normal surrounding liver parenchyma. It is helpful in treating liver cancer.
