摘要
采用PARS—3、GQOLI对体育锻炼及大学生主观幸福感进行测量分析。结果表明,276名大学生中,进行中等运动量体育锻炼的大学生主观幸福感最强。因此,改革学校体育,使学生树立健康观念,培养自我体育能力,养成自觉锻炼习惯及终身体育的生活方式,对提高大学生的身心健康水平,增强主观幸福感是十分重要的。
Testing 276 college students by PARS-3 and GQOLI. The result shows that the students with moderate physical exercises will be the best subjective well-being , which indicated that developing the a-bility of self-physical exercises, forming the habit of physical exercises and life style of all one's, life physical exercises is very important to improve the subjective well-being.
