糖尿病患者的生存质量及影响因素的研究

Analysis of the quality of life (QOL) and its influential factors in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的 了解糖尿病的生存质量 ,并探讨其影响因素。方法 应用SF -36量表评价150例糖尿病患者的生存质量 ,并研究其影响因素。结果 提示糖尿病患者的生存质量明显下降 ,影响的主要因素有 :年龄、文化程度、血糖水平、病程、经济收入和是否有人照顾。结论 影响糖尿病患者的生存质量的因素是多方面的 。

Objective To analyze the quality of life (QOL) and its influential factors in patients.Methods The QOL of 150 patients with diabetes mellitus were assessed with SF-36 measuring scale. Results The mean score of multi-item dimensions assessment in patients with diabetes mellitus decreased obviously. The result of correlation analysis demonstrated that age, educational background, level of blood glucose, duration of disease and economic situation of patients were main effective factors.Conclusion The influential factors of QOL of patients with diabetes mellitus are multiple, so comprehensive measures should be adopted to enhance the QOL of patients with diabetes mellitus.
