摘要
简要回顾商业环境百年变迁的现实,阐述了基于项目推动的知识型企业的定义与特征,论述知识型企业的一般成长过程与核心竞争力,给出了基于项目推动的知识型企业管理模式的变迁过程,提出今后基于项目推动的知识型企业的有效管理模式。
Since the business environment has been changing a lot since the beginning of 20^(th)-century,the intellective enterprise plays the important role of creating and spreading abroad knowledge. it's the basis which push the society to develop fast. The project-driven intellective enterprise has the characteristics of rapid innovation and development,but it faces to high business risk. Firstly,it points out the characteristics of this kind enterprise. Then it discusses the development course of the enterprise and its core competence. Finally,it describes the succeed management mode of the enterprise.
