产学研合作中的知识产权冲突及协调 被引量:73

Coordination to the Conflict of Intellectual Property in the "Industry-University-Institute" Cooperation

摘要 我国科技成果转化率较低,产学研合作是解决这一问题的有效途径。分析了产学研合作的实质是形成知识流动的网络,认为产学研合作中各方的知识产权冲突是影响知识流动的重要因素。协调知识产权冲突受制于外部政策环境,西方发达国家的做法为我国通过科技立法加强产学研合作提供了借鉴。 In China,the outcome of science and technology has very low rate of transformation to productivity. The 'Industry-University-Institute' cooperation is an effective way to solve the problem. It discusses the conflict of intellectual property in the cooperation which is influenced by policy. At last,it pusts forward some suggestions.
