Thinking for Heilongjiang Provincial Enterprises to Manage Transnational Corporations in Russia

黑龙江省对俄投资建立境外企业发展状况较好,对黑龙江省与俄罗斯的经贸合作起到了推进作用。为促进黑龙江省经济快速发展,还有必要加大力度组建跨国公司,发展对外直接投资,特别是要发挥黑龙江省的地缘优势,抓住中俄经贸合作的新机遇,找准合作切入点,提出切实可行的开展跨国经营的对策和建议。

Developing situation is comparatively good for Heilongjiang province to invest and set up factories in Russia,which has played an important role in advancing the cooperation between Heilongjiang province and Russia.To promote a rapid economic growth of Heilongjiang province,we should work hard to set up transnational corporations and directly invest outside China,particularly bring the geographical advantage of Heilongjiang provinc into full play,seize the new cooperative opportunity of the economy and trade between China and Russia,and provide the practicable countermeasures of transnational management.
