摘要
采用文献资料的研究方法,从宏观与微观两个层面对近10 a来我国学术界有关体育教师素质结构现状及研究成果进行综述,指出了研究中存在的问题,并提出应从系统的角度对体育教师素质结构体系进行构建,旨在为“跨世纪园丁工程”的顺利实施,为我国体育教师整体素质的迅速提高,促进学校体育及继续教育改革的深化提供理论依据和实践指导。
Through studying historical documents, the author summarizes, form macro and micro scopes, the current conditions of P. E. teachers' competence structure and achievements in our academic circles in the recent ten years. At the same time,she points out the problems existing in our research and proposes that we should systematically build a P. E. teachers' competence structure. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis and a practical guide for the smooth realization of:'The Trans-century Teachers Project ,for the quick acceleration of overall competence of P. E. teachers and for deepening reform of school P. E. and continued education.
