摘要
运用运动心理学原理,综合体育教学实践,提出了在中学健美操成套动作教学中采用表象训练的方法,以帮助学生学习和改进动作,提高教学质量。分析探讨了这一教学方法的理论依据和可行性,列出了这一方法的具体教学方案。经实验表明:结合表象训练进行教学,对提高学习效果的作用是显著的,着重表现为对成套健美操动作完成的准确性和熟练性方面具有较大的促进作用。
This text applies sports psychology principle and synthesizes in the athletics teaching practices, putting forward suggestions to adopt the method of superficial phenomenon training of a set of aerobics teaching in high school, students can improve the action, increase teaching quality. The analysis inquired into the theories of this teaching method. According to the teaching possibility, it listed the concrete teaching project of this method. Through the experiment,it combined the phenomenon training with the proceeding teaching and the function are notable. To an aerobics' accuracy and skilled,the study result shows that it has effect in promoting the function with the well trained athletes.
