摘要
文中在论述了土家族棉花球运动的特点之后,对它的基本技术、基本规则作了重点介绍。将为我国有关 决策部门研究民族传统体育,以及为我国少数民族传统体育运动会的比赛项目提供参考。
After expounding the technical characteristics of Tujia Cotton Ball sport, this article briefly introduces the basic skills and rules for the game, which can serve as a reference for relevant government sectors to make research into national traditional sports and add another option to the games in minority national traditional sports games.
