胶原基因变异性疾病研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 胶原是细胞外间质主要成分 ,不同类型胶原在分布、结构、形态与功能上各不相同。胶原蛋白具有独特的氨基酸组成结构 ,每隔两个氨基酸就出现一个甘氨酸 (Gly) ,甘氨酸占氨基酸总数的1 / 3,其固定位置限制了三股螺旋的结构。DNA核苷酸编码序列控制胶原蛋白的氨基酸组成 ,并由此决定了胶原蛋白的功能 ,故某一基因的硷基序列对蛋白质的合成及其功能起着重要作用。胶原基因的突变或胶原合成特异性翻译后酶活性的缺陷 。
