视黄酸受体与T淋巴细胞发育 被引量:1

摘要 视黄酸 (retinoicacid)受体属于核受体超家族 ,通过与其配体结合调节靶基因转录 ,从而发挥各种生物学效应。视黄酸受体的表达分布具有时间与空间的特异性 ,不同的视黄酸受体亚型的表达在T淋巴细胞发育过程中起不同作用。视黄酸受体可通过对T淋巴细胞增殖。
