IL-1及其受体拮抗剂与类风湿性关节炎 被引量：14

摘要 IL 1在类风湿性关节炎 (rheumatoidarthritis,RA)的炎症反应和组织损伤中发挥重要作用。IL 1受体拮抗剂IL 1Ra可以选择性阻断IL 1的生物学效应 ,有效减轻关节炎的症状和体征 ,大量试验表明 :重组人IL 1Ra是一种安全有效的抗RA新药 ,而相应的转基因治疗也极具应用前景。
