摘要
为得到C/SiC复合材料的强连接,利用三维编织碳纤维增韧碳化硅(C/SiC)复合材料在制备过程中残留的孔隙,采用Ni合金作为中间层在1 300℃保温45min、真空条件下对三维C/SiC复合材料用液相渗透连接方法进行了在线连接,所施压力为20MPa。利用扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱初步分析了连接情况,结果表明Ni合金与C/SiC复合材料有较好的润湿性,续沉积SiC后试样三点弯曲强度可达σ拉=252.1MPa,σ压=260.3MPa。
On-line liquid infiltration joining of carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide (C/SiC) composites was carried out with Ni alloy as the interlayer at the temperature of 1 300 degreesC a holding time of 45min in vacuum and at an applied pressure of 20MPa. Result shows that the Ni alloy employed have favorable wettability with C/SiC composites. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) showed that the Ni alloy can infiltrate into the pores of the composites. The three-point bending strengths of the joints were alpha (tensile)=252.1MPa, alpha (compress)=260.3MPa.
