摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出尺寸小于100 nm的SnO 2纳米粉体,并采用XRD,TEM等手段对其进行表征,进而将粉体制成旁热式气敏元件测试其气敏性能。结果表明,粉体的尺寸随热处理温度的变化较大,所制气敏元件具有优良的气敏特性,响应恢复时间可以保证其正常使用,但功耗较大,灵敏度较高,尤其对甲烷有较高的灵敏度。
Nano-size SnO2 powder has been prepared by using a sol-gel method and analyzed by means of XRD. The results show that the size of SnO2 particles is less than 100nm, and the treating temperature has great influence on the particle size. If treated at a temperature lower than 500 degreesC, the size of SnO2 grains has good thermal stability, otherwise, at temperatures higher than 500 degreesC, the size of SnO2 grains increases rapidly with the increasing temperature. Sensors made of this powder are sensitive to gases, especially CH4. It is found that the response and reversion time of the sensors are 8s and 20s, respectively, and the optimum working current is 170mA.
