摘要
文章总结了中国改革开放25年来的成功经验,分析了完善社会主义市场经济的重要支柱,提出了在改革发展新形势下处理重大关系的"五个统筹",特别是人与自然和谐发展。文章详细讨论了基于人类与环境关系的三种经济发展范式,并认为循环经济是积极的、和谐的,是可持续发展的,是我们今后努力的方向。
The author of this paper has summarized the successful experience of 25 years since China's Reform and Open, analyzed the important stanchion to perfect the market economy of Socialism, brought forward five plans as a whole under the new situation of the reform and development. The author discussed three paradigms of the economy development based on the relationship between the human-being and the nature environment, and believed the recycle economy is active, sustainable, and will be the new direction for our future.
