Statistical analysis of the laureates of the Nobel Prize in Physics

从1901年诺贝尔物理学奖首次授予,截至2001年已有164位世界著名物理学家因其创造性贡献而获奖。对这些获奖者进行统计分析的结果表明:大多数获奖者集中于欧美国家,尤其越来越集中于美国的少数机构,获奖者最早做出与获奖有关成果的年龄和获奖年龄越来越大、获奖成果得到社会认可的时间越来越长,多人分享诺贝尔物理学奖已成为一种趋势等。

From the 1901 Nobel Prize in Physics being awarded till now, there are 164 distinguished physicists who are awarded for their innovative achievement in the field of physics. After doing some statistical analysis on the Nobel Laureates in Physics, there come their features: ①More and more Laureates come from USA and some primary institutions. ②It takes longer time for the other scientists to accept the Nobel Laureates` scientific achievements year after year. ③ It becomes more popular which two or three Nobel Laureates share the Nobel Prize in Physics.
