摘要
29只原发性开角型青光眼行图象反转视觉诱发电位(PR-VEP)检查。采用亮度相同的黑/白、红、绿、兰刺激方格,视角分别为20′和40′。四种方格均表明原发性开角青光眼(POAG)组P 波峰潜时明显延长,振幅降低。而不同方格检查结果无显著差异,认为此因POAG 病理过程使黄斑区神经节细胞功能障碍所致。在POAG 组中20′方格测得的PR-VEP 异常率高于40′方格,故建议可用PR-VEP 作为临床POAG 视功能评价的一种方法。
Twenty-nine eyes of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) were tested with patternreversal VEP(PR-VEP).The stimulating checkerboard was in black/whlte,red,green orblue pattern with the same mean luminance of 50 cd/m^2.The visual angles subtended bythe checks were 20′ and 40′,respectively.54 normal eyes served as a control group.The am-plitude POAG group showed significantly delayed peak latency and reduced amplitudeunder the stimulation of all the checkerboard types as compared with the normal controlgroup,and no significant differences were observed between the different eckerboardstimuli inside the itself.We interpret this as being possibly associated with chtheoverall dysfunction of the ganglion cells in the macula area caused by the pathologicalprocess of POAG.The 20′ check size elicited PR-VEP generally had a higher abnormalityrate in the POAG group than the larger check size and is recommended in the evaluationof POAG with the PR-VEP technique.
