代谢型谷氨酸受体 (mGluRs)在应激性损伤中的作用日益受到重视 ,它可参与GC水平的调节 ,影响谷氨酸神经毒性作用和突触可塑性 (LTP、LTD)的诱导 ,由此表明mGluRs在应激性损伤中可能占有重要的地位。由于不同类型的mGluRs具有不同的作用 ,机制较为复杂 ,因此 。
The function of metabotropic glutamate receptor(mGluRs) in stress response was increasingly gaining recognition. The mGluRs can regulate the level of glucocorticoid(GC), the neurotoxin of glutamate and synaptic plasticity (LTP,LTD). So it may play an important role in stress response. The function of distinct type of mGluRs is different. Their mechanisms in stress response are very complex. So it is very essential to study the function of mGluRs in stress. Furthermore we can explore a new type drug targeting at mGluRs to cure the stress damage.-
