摘要
收集透明晶体(人)11只,老年性白内障晶体76只,阿霉素诱导的兔白内障晶体11只,采用氯仿甲醇混合液抽提脂质,做1900—4000A 的光谱扫描。结果发现白内障晶体含二个过氧化脂质的吸收峰即2330(?)的共轭双烯2740(?)的共轭叁烯。采用自由基清除剂与晶体温育并抽提晶体脂质做紫外区扫描,证实自由基消除剂降低晶体LPO 代谢产物,具有保护晶体抵抗氧化的作用。
In this study we analysed spectroscopic absorption spectrum of 11 clear lenses,76senile cataract lenses and 7 rabbit lenses of adriamycin initial cataract.The results show-ed that the lens of cataract has two peaks of spectroscopic absorption with lipid per-oxidated product,such as 2330—2370A and 2690-2370A.The primary product of LPO wasestimated spectrophotometrically from characteristic absorbents of diene conjugates in theUV region at 2330—2370A,as well as by LPO secondary products absorbency at 2740A,corresponding to the concentration of conjugated trienes and cetodienes.The results showed that diene conjugates was decreased by scavenger free radials.These findings arediscussed.
