人类活体晶状体光学切面图象的标准化和定量分析的初步研究

摘要 采用国产图象采集卡对人类晶状体光学切面图象进行离散化处理,并在此基础上进行了初步研究:1.探索成熟的统计学方法或参数,以求能准确描述晶体中某种变化的程度和意义;实验发现平均灰度级在随访研究中是一有价值的定量指标;2.建立了一种适合国内实验条件的图象标准化方法,并在统计学上对此方法进行评估;3.尝试重建晶体介质频数分布的三维曲线,获得初步成功。 Slit photographs of lens in human were discrete with China-made Image ProcessingCard.Based on it,preliminary study was carried out:1) Searching for well developedstatistical methods or parameters so as to accurately discribe the extent and significanceof change in lens;the results of the paper indicates that Mean Gray Level (MGL) is avalued quantitating parameter in follow-up studies.2) Establishing a method of imagestandardization suitable for the condition of internal experiments;and evalued on Statis-tics.3) It is to reap first the fruits that the reconstruction of 3-dimension curve indicatesthe frequency of lens medium.
