摘要
该研究将12株红曲霉分别接种于酵母浸膏蔗糖培养基(YES)和土豆葡萄糖培养基(PDA),采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测了培养基中桔霉素的含量,同时从中选择产桔霉素量最大的红曲霉菌种AS3.4384作进一步研究。结果表明,桔霉素的生成量与菌种、培养基和培养条件密切相关。
Monascus strains were inoculated and cultured in two kinds of media (YSM and PDM), respectively. The content of citrinin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) during the cultivation. The strain AS3.4384 that produced the most citrinin was studied further. The result indicated that the amount of citrinin produced by Monascus was closely related with strains, media and culture conditions.
