水平性共同性斜视眼肌的超微结构及意义 被引量:7

摘要 用透射电镜观察11例共同性斜视患者的水平肌与10例非共同性斜视眼的眼肌作了对比观察。结果表明:(1)共同性斜视组眼肌细胞损害严重,眼肌被增生的胶原纤维取代。病程越长,肌细胞损害越严重。(2)对照组眼肌细胞的形态结构无显著改变,仅发生细胞内结构的变化。堤示共同性水平性斜视病人应早期治疗,以免发生眼肌组织学上的严重损害。 Observation of ocular muscle in concomitant strabismus of 11 cases and unconcomitantstrabismus of 10 cases was made by scanning electron microscopy.The results displayed(1) ocular muscle cell of strabismus groups was damaged seriously,normal ocular musclewas replaced by hyperplasial collagenous fiber and the longer the course of disease was,the more serious muscle cell was damaged.(2) There was no clear change in the form ofocular muscle cell in contrasted groups.The above indicates that patients of concomitantstrabismus should be treated early to avoid serious harm in ocular muscle tissue.
