二硫化碳毒性致视网膜电图的改变

Changes of ERG Induced by Carbon Disuffide Toxicity

报告对不同程度接触CS_2五年以上者113例(226眼)和非接触者35例(70眼)所作的ERG 检查的结果。接触CS_2者27.85%ERG 不正常,其中持续性接触CS_2者ERG 异常的发生率高于非接触组;接触CS_2各组中a 波幅的平均值低于非接触组;b 波幅的平均值在持续性接触CS_2组中低于非接触组。

The results of electroretinogram (ERG) examination in 113 cases (226 eyes) different-ly exposed to CS_2 for more than five years and 35 cases (70 eyes) unexposed to CS_2 arereported in this paper.27.85% abnormal ERG was presented and the incidence of abnor-mal ERG in the group exposed continuously to CS_2 was higher than that in the unexposedgroup;the mean value of the a-wave in all groups exposed to CS_2 was significantly lowerthan that in the unexposed group.But the mean value of b-wave was markedly lower onlyin the group exposed continuously to CS_2 than that in the unexposed group.
