晶体摘除术后角膜内皮细胞丧失与角膜水肿直线性相关

Positive Correlation of Corneal Thickness and Endothelial Cell Loss in Lens Extraction

100只兔眼囊外法摘除品体,根据术后中心部、周边部角膜内皮细胞丧失百分率(ΔEN)和1、3、7、10、40天角膜水肿增厚百分率(ΔCT)分组,分别行直线性相关分析。提示:ΔEN 与ΔCT 呈明显直线性相关,根据ΔCT 可以计算和判断ΔEN。

Extracapsular lens extraction was performed on 100 rabbit eyes.Eyes were groupedaccording to percentage of corneal endothelial cell loss (ΔEN) and the groups werecompared according to percentage of corneal thickness (ΔCT),which showed endothelialcell loss of 30% or more followed corneal edema of more than 40%;then the eyes wereregrouped according to ΔCT and compared according to ΔEN,which showed cornealedema of more than 30% accompanied the cell loss of 35%.A significant linear correlationwas found between ΔCT and ΔEN in the early postoperative period.The results suggestthat endothelial cell loss is the main cause of corneal edema,the more the cell loss,thehaeavier the corneal edema is.ΔCT would be a useful clinical indicator of endothelialcell loss.
