摘要
对可靠性增长试验在载人航天运载火箭电气产品研制过程中的应用进行了分析和总结。该试验的设计和实施充分体现了提高产品可靠性的目的。试验暴露了电气部分各系统单机产品薄弱环节数十项 ,使产品可靠性得到了切实的增长 ,保证了整个火箭的可靠性 。
The application of reliability growth test in the development of the electric products of manned space launch vehicle is analysed and summarized in this paper. The purpose of the test is to improve reliability of the products. Tens of weak points of single electric product are exposed during the tests ,and the reliability of the products is practically raised. As a result, the reliability of the whole launch vehicle is guaranteed, and the technical level of our reliability growth test is raised as well.
