摘要
针对常规整流电路输入电流存在死区、呈尖顶波的特点,利用非线性阻抗元件的导通、关断及储能的特性,采用交叠泵升的电路连结形式,设计了一种非线性阻抗变换整流电路。该电路可随电压的变化自动改变非线性阻抗值,从而有效地克服和缩小了输入电流的死区范围,减少了谐波分量,确保输入电流接近于正弦波及改善了系统的功率因数品质。
This paper presents a new nonlinear impedance transformation rectifier circuit with capacity, according to the characteristics of dead area,top wave in the common rectifier circuit, utilizing the coupling circuit form of connection and fold,based on the trait of turn on, shut off and store up the energy to nonlinear impedance component. The circuit can alter nonlinear impedance following the variety of voltage, consequently the range of dead area of input current will be hurdled and reduced efficiently. At the same time the harmonious wave was reduced,wave of the input current was ensured sine and the power factor of the system was improved.
