摘要
国际标准化组织提出的ISO9000族标准是质量管理体系通用的要求和指南。把学校作为服务行业,在学校内依据2000版ISO9000族标准建立质量管理体系既是必要的,又是可行的。为建立符合学校自身需要和特点的质量管理体系,必须充分考察学校的特殊性。
ISO9000 standards issued by International Organization for Standardization are general requirement and guide toquality management system. Regarding schools as service trades, it is necessary and feasible to set up a quality management systemin schools according to ISO9000 of 2000.However, in order to make the quality management system accord with the particularityof schools, we must observe and study the special characteristics of schools.
