摘要
本研究在质控条件下,采用极性赛曼效应原子吸收分光光度计来探讨中毒性白内障和老年性白内障的头发元素变化规律。探测结果发现发质元素变化是:中毒性白内障显高钙,老年性白内障显低钙且铅稍高,而两组白内障的Mg、Zn、Cr、Cu元素均低,并出现元素比例失调,Ca/Mg,Zn/Cu都较正常组升高(p<0.001)。
This study and determination is in quality controlcondition by a polarized Zeeman atomic absorptionspectrophotometer. The results demonstrated that ele-ments constituent of hair of TNT toxic cataract and senilecataract. There is regular changed: The calcium is high inTNT toxic cataract, The calcium is low and lead ishigher in senile cataract. The magnesium; zinc, chro-mium copper is low of two group and out proportion incalcium than magnesium and zinc than copper, it is risehigh than ordinary group. p<000.1.
