Effects of chlorella growth factor on physiological function

目的研究小球藻生长因子 (CGF)的主要成分、稳定性及其增强小鼠免疫调节的生理活性功能。方法采用酶解法提取CGF ,采用 75、15 0、4 5 0mg / (kg·d)剂量经 30d对小鼠喂食 ,进行免疫调节试验。结果CGF中蛋白质、氨基酸、核苷酸、多糖、维生素含量分别达到 5 6 .6 %、4 2 .5 9%、6 .8%、4 .8%、1.7%。免疫调节试验表明 ,15 0、4 5 0mg / (kg·d)剂量的CGF可以明显增强二硝基氟苯引起的小鼠迟发性超敏反应 ,对造血功能受损的小鼠有恢复作用 ,并增强小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用。

PurposeThe main components , stability and its stimulating immunity on mice of chlorella growth factor (CGF) were investigated in this study.MethodsCGF was extracted from cells of chlorella with enzyme.ResultsCGF contained 56.6% protein, 42.59% amino acid, 6.8% nucleoside acid, 4.8% polysaccharide and 1.7% vitamin. Mice were fed with CGF at the rates of 75, 150 and 450 mg/(kg·d) in the experiment of stimulating immunity function. The results showed that applying CGF at the rates of 150 and 450 mg/(kg·d) could increase allergic reaction induced by dinitrofuorobenzene, enhance the proliferation of immunoinhibited murine splenocytes, and stimulate phagocytic function by macrophages.ConclusionCGF could be used for function food to enhance human′s immunity.
