摘要
目的 :选择性切断脊神经前根和后根 ,建立单纯运动神经和感觉神经损伤的动物模型。方法 :选用成年SD大鼠 ,切断一侧L4 ~L6 脊神经前根、后根或坐骨神经 ,观察大鼠行为学变化 ,测定萎缩肌肉湿重 ,并作出综合评价。结果 :2、4、10周三时段内各组行为学变化结果比较 ,失神经支配骨骼肌萎缩程度以坐骨神经切断组最为明显 ,前根切断组次之 ,后根切断组再次。结论 :选择性切断大鼠前根或后根完全能模拟单纯运动神经或者感觉神经的损伤效应 。
Objective:To initiate the rat model of simple motor nerve and sensory nerve injury by selective anterior rhizotomy or posterior rhizotomy.Methods:Fifty-four adult Sprague-Dawley rats which had undergone unilateral selective radicotomy from L4 to L6 were divided into the ventral root transection group, the dorsal root transection group, the sciatic nerve transection group. The rat model with selective radicotomy was established and fully evaluated by observing the changes of behavior after denervation and measuring the muscle wet weight.Results:At the timepoint of 2?4 and 10 weeks, SNT group showed greater atrophy than VRT group and DRT group. The atrophy of DRT group remained slighter than the other two groups all the time. Conclusions:The selective radicotomy was a successful rat model simulating simple motor nerve or sensory nerve injury.
