摘要
目的 :探讨在功能性消化不良 (FD)患者中精神心理因素与胃电之间的关系。方法 :对 43例FD患者同时进行精神心理状态测量和体表胃电图检查。结果 :伴焦虑抑郁FD组餐后胃电节律异常的发生率显著高于不伴焦虑抑郁FD组 (39.1 %vs1 0 % )。伴焦虑抑郁FD组发生的胃电节律异常主要是胃电节律过缓和胃电节律紊乱。前者的餐后平均主频不稳定系数显著高于后者 (41 .8± 2 7.4vs32 .6± 2 3 .1 )。结论 :精神心理异常可影响胃电活动 。
Objective:To investigate relationship between psychological factors and electrogastrography in the patients functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods: 43 patiens with FD were investigated with self rating depression scales and anxiety scales and electrogastrography.The patients with FD were divided into two groups:23 patients with depression and/or anxiety and 20 patients without depression and/or anxiety. Results: The patients with depression and/or anxity had a higher percentage of postprandial gastric dysrhythmia than that in the patients without depression and/or anxity,(39.1% vs 10%),average postprandial DFIC in the patients with depression and/or anxity were higher than that in those without depression and/or anxiety (41.8±27.4 vs 32.6 ±23.1). Conclusion: Psychological disorder may influence electrogastrography.
