雏鸡感染Eimeria tenella体内NOS活性水平的动态变化 被引量:1

摘要 以柔嫩艾美尔球虫 (Eimeriatenella) 5 0× 1 0 4 个孢子化卵囊 只的剂量感染雏鸡 ,对感染后雏鸡体内NOS活性水平的动态变化进行了检测。结果显示 :E .tenella感染雏鸡与对照组的相比 ,其血清总NOS和iNOS活性变化差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ,感染雏鸡脾脏和法氏囊组织总NOS活性自感染后第 2天逐渐升高 ,在感染后第 5~ 7天感染组雏鸡脾脏组织NOS活性显著或极显著地高于对照组 (P≤ 0 0 5、P≤ 0 0 1 ) ,感染后第 6天、第 7天感染雏鸡法氏囊组织中NOS活性显著地高于对照组 (P≤ 0 0 5 ) ;感染组雏鸡自感染后第4天盲肠出现病变 ,第 7天病变值最高 ;盲肠组织中总NOS活性在感染后第 6和第 7天显著地高于对照组(P≤ 0 0 5 ) ;整个试验期间 ,感染组雏鸡的脾脏、法氏囊和盲肠组织中iNOS活性与对照组并无显著性变化差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结果提示 ,E .tenella感染雏鸡会导致脾脏和法氏囊组织的NOS活性变化 ,其原因可能是由于入侵球虫所产生的某些因子激活cNOS ,使NOS的活性升高 ,而似乎并没有诱导宿主体内iNOS的表达。本文就柔嫩艾美尔球虫感染的NO致病的相关机制进行了讨论。 To gather evidence for researching NO roles in coccidian infected chicken, 60 one-day-old chickens, fed for 14 days of age in coccidian-free condition, were divided into infected group and control group randomly.The infected group chickens were inoculated with 5.0×10 4 sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella each bird.5 birds from infected group and control group were respectively killed every day from 1 day to 11 day after infection.The changes of activity of Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS) in sera、spleen、Fabricius bursa and cecum of chickens were quantified by NOS Kit.The sera NOS activity in infected group chickens were not significantly higher than that in control group(P>0.05), as far as spleen、Fabricius bursa and cecum, NOS activity in infected group were significantly higher than that in control group at the 7 day postinfection (P<0.05), but iNOS activity in sera、spleen、Fabricius bursa and cecum in infected chickens were not higher than that in control chickens (P>0.05).The experimental results imply that NO which is produced in Eimeria infection processes has different producing mechanism with other parasite infections.
