摘要
目的 :探索次氯酸钠法孵化带绦虫卵的孵化规律和适宜孵化条件。方法 :以 7种浓度的次氯酸钠溶液孵化带绦虫卵 ,观察不同时间的虫卵孵化率和六钩蚴存活率。同时观察 1 0 %次氯酸钠溶液在 3个不同孵化时间的孵化率和六钩蚴存活率。结果 :在一定浓度范围内 ,孵化率随孵化时间而升高 ,但过长的时间会导致六钩蚴存活率下降。达到最高孵化率的孵化时间随次氯酸钠溶液升高而缩短 ,但较高浓度下六钩蚴存活率下降 ,高浓度则虫卵迅速完全崩解。在 0 4%~ 1 0 %的浓度 ,孵化时间为 3~ 6min时 ,虫卵孵化率和六钩蚴存活率均较高。结论 :次氯酸钠溶液孵化带绦虫卵的孵化率与孵化时间呈正相关关系 ,孵化时间与孵化用次氯酸钠溶液浓度呈负相关关系 ;在所采用的实验条件下 ,以 0 4%~ 1 0 %的浓度 ,孵化 3~ 6min可达到较好的孵化效果。
Objective:To study the general rule and factors offecting the hatching of Taenia solium eggs by sodium hypochrie method.Method:The eggs of Taenia solium were hatched in sodium hypochrite solution of different concentrations,then the hatching rate of eggs and the viability of oncospheres were observed in different time intenrvals.Results:The oncospheres can be obtained in all concentration except for that of 36%.The hatching rate rose with the concentration while the viability of oncospheres descreased with increase of the concentration,and the eggs showed cytolytic quickly in high concentration (36%).Conclusions:After the eggs of Taenia solium were hatched 3~6 minutes in 0.4%~1.0% sodium hypochrite solution,the hatching rate of eggs and the viability was higher.
